Our 10-Star NatHERs rated unit uses our base 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom solution and combines it with on-site works, such as additional insulation, shading and a concrete slab, to enable 10-Stars* to be achieved if orientated true north in Climate Zone 5.

The unit measures 10.3m x 7m, and features a three generous bedrooms, a full featured kitchen, a walk-in-robe, bathroom, ensuite with double basin, a laundry and separate powder room.

6. Site-specific fees and documents, such as council permits, bonds and fees, architectural, certifier, structural engineering, BAL, energy efficiency certificate fees
