Our Experience

Patrick Hubble, director, has been a Registered Architect since 2004, with 20 years as a practicing architect in Perth, Western Australia, specialising in residential and multi-unit developments. Patrick has worked on many remote and local projects, both low and high density, working with sloping sites and with bushfire properties. He also has extensive experience in sustainable projects, energy efficient and solar passive design.

Wayne Spells brings over 20 years of comprehensive real estate experience to his role as Head of Sales and Development at EcoHub Homes. Having honed his expertise at Barr & Standley Real Estate in Bunbury, WA Wayne developed a deep understanding of residential/commercial/property development – specify. His extensive background in sales negotiation, property development, client relationship management, market analysis positions him uniquely to bridge the gap between traditional real estate and innovative modular construction solutions.
